COACHING
ONE ON ONE COACHING
Don’t want to subscribe or be coached in a group but need that extra help? Then my One on One coaching will be for you. I meet with you, via zoom or face-to-face to specifically go through whatever it is that is holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. It could range from business discussions to past trauma. Whatever it is that you are needing help with, I can help you work through it.
The 1:1 sessions are $229 per 45 minutes.
GROUP SESSIONS
Group coaching is available for businesses/sports teams with employees, athletes, clients who want to do a group session for everyone. This type of coaching isn’t specific to individual needs, but caters towards helping each person become aware of their thoughts around certain topics and how those thoughts affect the decisions we make.
